Located in the heart of Western Europe near the Belgium border, Valkenswaard is at a convenient travelling distance for people coming from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and France. Attendees flying in from other countries will arrive at Eindhoven International Airport, which is only 18 km away from the event location. The distance to the railway station in Eindhoven is under 11 km. Public transport to the event location is available.

The spacious Stayokay hostel has been designed for comfort and utility, and has a capacity of 150 beds.

The main hall houses the reception and the bar, where you can get to know other guests. The sleeping wing is set back away from all the activity. Each room features private sanitary facilities. When the weather is nice, go upstairs and enjoy the terrace. There are different halls available for meetings, parties, group gatherings and classes.
Four conference rooms will host sessions, workshops, and the exhibition area, while a restaurant takes care of the physical well-being. In the evening, visitors can mingle in the bar.

Located in a wooded area, the hostel offers all kinds of recreational facilities. These include tabletennis and a small soccer area. The hostel is within walking distance of playing fields, tracks and sports facilities for swimming, track and field, hockey, football, tennis, rugby and handball. There are also bicycle, walking and ATB routes.
